Recent Career Highlights
Growing our tech startup, Propense.ai, to the level of attracting major investors has been a major career highlight for me. My team and I developed the concept of an AI-driven cross-selling platform designed specifically for the professional services industry not too long ago, and watching it come to life in such a short amount of time has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Being at the forefront of the “AI revolution” for the industry is an accomplishment I’m proud of, and I wouldn’t be here without my amazing team and clients. Their hard work and honest feedback allow me to refine our efforts and take the platform in the right direction. What are you doing to make a difference in the profession, your community, the world?
The accounting community has done so much for me throughout my career. That’s why I’m committed to sharing my AI knowledge with accounting professionals whenever possible. They work hard to support their clients, and if there’s anything I can do to streamline their processes, I’m making it happen. I’ve also taught leaders and business development staff at professional services firms how to adopt new technologies that make their lives easier. Beyond my work with the accounting community, I volunteer as a mentor with iMentor and the United Way, where I work with youth to help them realize their full potential.

Current Professional Reading / Listening
I have been rereading Atomic Habits for a while now because of its rich collection of actionable insights that truly push me as a professional into creating a culture of small, incremental changes in my everyday life that when summed up, generate positive compounding effects to my own long-term goals and the team I share these goals with.
